Production typically takes 1–5 business days, and shipping adds another 1–7 additional business days depending on your location. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my item?
We want you to love your order! Because each product is custom-made just for you, we can only accept returns or issue replacements for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or faulty. Returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind) or ordering the wrong size unfortunately aren’t eligible. How does this work?
We make it simple. We'll set up a free, custom online store for your school, team, or business. You pick the products and designs, then share the link with your community. We handle the rest, from printing and payments to shipping every order directly to their door.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Every item is made-to-order, so there are no minimums. This means you can order one custom hoodie or one thousand.
Will I have to manage inventory?
Not at all. Since we print every item on demand, you'll never have to worry about storing inventory, tracking stock, or managing leftover apparel.
How do orders get delivered?
Every order is individually packaged and shipped directly to the customer's home. You'll never have to worry about distributing orders. Production typically takes 1–5 business days, and shipping adds another 1–7 additional business days depending on location. Shoppers receive a tracking number once their order is on its way.
